Tutorial about Converting a Flash Video Movie, (FLV Extension) To Quick Time H264,  (Mp4 extension).
1)    Place the file to convert  in the Quick Media Converter active worksheet.
2)    Select the QuickTime icon, then select the desired output format in the sub menu.
3)    Select output directory if needed.
4)    Start converting using the clacket  icon.
5)    Wait for the conversion to finish (conversion ok in the status column).
