I took the PSP profile posted here viewtopic.php?f=51&t=702, and tweaked it.
The result is 15 PSP expert mode profiles (5 aspect ratios x 3 framerates [23.976, 25, 29.97]). Pal users, I have not tested the 25fps profiles, I don't know if they play back on the PSP, let me know if they work for you.

All videos use either the maximum native height or width of the PSP, so you don't need to stretch the video to fit the screen. As a result they are all encoded in H.264 as only this codec will allow you to use the maximum screen size.
I have not optimized them for file size as the testing process takes waaaaaay to long (ie. convert entire video, tweak settings, convert again, repeat).
If anyone has some http://www.cocoonsoftware.com/paypaldonate-us.htm as to improvements to these files, please post them to this topic as I welcome the opportunity to perfect these profiles.
