Increase Quality of .flv/.avi files

I want to increase the quality of my streaming videos. I know I need to increase the bit rate string but don't know how to do it. Also what codec has the best quality. I'm attaching my specs. Couldn't copy file specs, sorry.

Go to expert mode ,

Load one of the default divx profiles according to your needs ,

then proceed with modifying the bitrate in the video options, once your tests are concluded , you may want to save your own profile and perhaps also participate here and load it for other users . ....
