converting mkv to mp4 without reencoding video/audio stream

Hello,
welcome on the forum.

You must check only the command line only if you copy only the stream and not convert.
And try this command line
-vcodec copy -acodec copy -map 0:0 -map 0:2 (for AAc)
Don't forget output format mp4 in the combo box Format..
