status error: could not write header for output file #0

I'm converting .vob to flv on expert mode.
I'm using version 4.0.0.8.

Codec: flv
Bitrate: 96000
Aspect: 16:9
Frame 30
Format: flv
W:520
H:292

After clicking convert, a status message appears:
Error [ Stream #0.1 -> #0.1 Could not write header for output file #0 (incorrect codec parameters?)]

Is there something wrong in the combination I posted? I converted .vob to .flv on the Easy mode and it was good. I need to shrink the file size and image size of a .vob file. I think playing with the BitRate is the trick in shrinking. However, I'm getting the said status error.
