what is freq. rate in expert mode

hi was wondering if any1 can tell me what freq rate is and whats the best audio codec to use for a vob to avi file please reply asap cheers

All questions about expert mode settings should be asked in this section as they are generally not supported by us:

Please be more specific about frequency ? do you mean audio Frequency or video Bitrate ?

If you are not sure just convert a normal short file (mpeg or other ) to an avi divx using standard mode ,then proceed to get the information from the converted file just as you did for the one you posted .You will then be able to start fine tuning your output from there in expert mode. Basically trial and error or research in other forums will do it .
