Resampling with input channels greater than 2 unsupported

Postby bmpeeters » 19 Oct 2009, 09:09

Hello,

I get the error message "Resampling with input channels greater than 2 unsupported" when I want to convert a DVD to .flv format. I insert the dvd in my computer and select "VTS_01_1.VOB" (works with every dvd except one).

I am using QMC version 3.6.5 on Windows Vista Business SP1.

Hello ,

The reason isquite simple and normal , as flv is internet streaming flux is does not support more thant two channels for audio.

Does this answer your question ?

Hi,

Okay, but is there a way to convert my multi-audio-channel video file to flv with sound? Like merging them into one channel or something?

Greetings, Bas

Hello,

2 channels max.

if you want, you can play with the expert mode and try more than 2 channels with the flv profil but without result....

Have a nice day.

Just convert your file into flv in easy mode it should take care of the multi channel and make it a stereo 2 channels output.
