Hello again ,

All these steps are necessary therefore mandatory !
1) Give us as precise a description of your problem as possible
2) Give us Technical information **
3) Informations on your OS : Vista XP etc as well as Your version of Quick Media Converter.
4) If you use windows media center or a video card let us know .(This kind of configuration is often a source of conflict)

We cannot help you much if you do not give relevant information just do as stated below
**Launch your application
1) Place the original file in the center (active window)of your Quick Media Converter.
2) Click right on the input file ( the one to be converted ) and select (select Info media)
or click on on the left side while the file is highlighted.
3) Copy all the information (Thumbnail window on the right ) and paste the content in you post .
4)Thank you for posting only in the right forum (support or ,bugs reporting and so on ), Tank you also for never posting in the faq or Beta news section .

Let us know

Good day

Hello again,

We need to have information on the video before we can help you usually that error comes with flv videos in avc codec ...

But we cannot be sure until we receive the technical specifications on your input video.

Have a good day

Hello ,

You mean all videos you put in ? or the videos formats you choose for one single input file ?

If you download from youtube and try to convert it may not work because they recently changed codec and are now using proprietary AVC for their flvs

Also we will put out a new version today or tomorrow you may want to try it .
Make also sure you install with administrative rights on your computer.
