Trouble converting .wmv to .mov Audio Codec WMA3 -solved

Hi, I'm having trouble converting my .wmv file to a quicktime format. Each time I try it gives me an "error" message. Any ideas? Here's the file info:

Yes I think so :

The file you downloaded is with wma3 audio codec which is not open source and proprietary so it is unfortunately not supported at this time therefore cannot be converted :(

untill open source codec is available ..


Did you try any other input files do they work .?

Yeah, I've tried most of the other extensions, they don't seem to work either. Oh well, thanks for the response!

Sorry, read your question wrong--no, I haven't tried any other input types. I'll let you know if I have any trouble. Thanks again.

Probably you will be able to do it with some pay software however I recommend to check before you buy that they support that audio codec..
