Error (cannot get resampling context)

Postby dodder79 » 29 Jul 2009, 22:15

Hello,

Yes I saw the announcement for this topic, but I am not trying to convert a youtube video, but instead a WMV to FLV file and it is not working. Perhaps you can provide some insight into the reason for this. Thank you for your time and I look forward to your reply.

I am running Windows Vista 64x

Hello and thanks for your reply and the information provided ,

From this information here is what I gathered :
Video
Format : GoToMeeting3
CodecID : G2M3
CodecID/Info : Citrix Systems, Inc.

The codec used to encode this video is not in our list of codecs supported here :Codecs and formats supported

This codec may very well be (as most of the time with Microsoft and co) a proprietary codec therefore you would have to pay for a licensed software to decode it.

At this stage there is not much we can do to help out on this if we want our software to remain free as you will understand.

We hope this answers your question,

Have a nice day,
