Hello and welcome ,

At first glance I will think it is related to the name of your folder as ffmpeg does not support all lannguages unicodes and particularly not special characters, it is also valid for file names and may may result in conversion failure and this might very well be the case here .

Remedy

Changer
\1 ?????\
to another name with occidental code such as english . If it does not work let us know and we will find a solution with you .

Thanks also for letting us know the outcome .

Have a nice day

Hi,
Thanks for a quick respond
Here is my OS: XP Pro Service Pack 3
The file size that I'm trying to convert is showing as a 0 MB (even it's 355MB on my C drive) and then, when I press CONVERT button, in the STATUS column it shows: Error[:C:/Document.....

Hello,

the error message indicate that the file is not found in the folder selected.

The best it is to place your video on the desktop and remake a test :).

If no fault then you are not the good acces rights on the folder that you mentionned in your post.

Have a nice day.
