Hello ,

Welcome to our support forum,

Looking at the file info and size you gave us, we can already estimate that converting to H264 should take a bit of time probably around 1 to 2 hours or more.depending on your processor . have you waited that long ?

If it is progressing in the progression bar and no error indicated then it is normal and doing its conversion , we have already seen conversion succes after of up to 12 hours .

Usually if there is an error in converting it will be in most cases immediately let you know , unless the input file is corrupted somewhere ...
In all cases it should indicate an error.

Did that answer your question ?

If you let it convert a couple of hours we think it should be ok in simple mode, thank you for letting us know the outcome .

Have a nice day,

Q.M.C ran my video for two days, and still kept going so i cancelled it.
the progress bar loads all the way to the end then it reloads again.

please help me fix this issue.

also i'd like to know if cocoonsoftware has made any other software besides Q.M.C?

Hello ,

Windows Vista Ultimate with admin rights ?

"LASTGI~1"
It is also not recommended to use special characters in the file names ....

Please follow this procedure and send us full technical specifications of your input file ...
