Hello and welcome to our forum,

If you are trying to convert to 3 GP with a US mobile phone .

You need to know that some US phones use QCELP codec (Proprietary) this codec is not a free or open source codec and is under license. Therefore we are not able to provide it .

Please check technical data of your cell phone to verify if encoder decoder is using this codec . If this is the case there is unfortunately nothing we can do to help you at this stage .

If your converted files can be previewed with QMC FFPlay then they are converted correctly into 3GP , if after loading them on your cell phone they do not work , it is likely that your phone is using QCELP codec.

Have a nice day.

I have a Sony Ericsson K550i.

But i have somehow in the past converted a video to something that works on my phone.

Hello,

try to make a mp4.

If i read your info file the the codec is mepg-4.
Take a divx format in easy mode and en rename the extension file in *.3gp.
Check if working with your phone.

Have a nice day.
