CBR (Constant Bit Rate) For DVD Conversions

I would like to be able to choose a constant bit rate when converting to DVD compatible mpegs.

Hello,
welcome on the forum.

Just go in easy mode and select the button "DVD" with the submenu option "Expert"->pal or ntsc and then in the tab video option ,choose your video bit rate to apply on the conversion.

please find below the instruction, don't forget the space before and after the command.
Input this command in the command line :
-minrate {value} -maxrate {value}

Thanks for your continued good support. I am not very good with scripting. Do I add the -minrate {value} -maxrate {value} to what is already on the CMD line, or delete what is currently there? Do I use 8000k or 8,000,000 for 8 Mbps CBR? Thank you for showing me precisely what should be on Cmd for 8 Mbps CBR.
