Tried to convert MP4 to WMA

Once done,it won't play.
The size of the convert audio file was zero.
Did I do something wrong?

I'm using XP,Playing audio on WinAmp,

And why is the type in white? LOL

Hello and welcome ,

Error means that there is a problem from your input file ,

The best way we can help you is to ask you to read The posting rules

It will show you the way on how to properly ask for help and help you in the process of giving us the technical information on your input file .

Without that technical information it is very difficult for us to see what is wrong .

Before anything else make sure QMC works for other conversion types , if it doesn t you probably have some peoblem with the installation , make sure you have administrative rights to install .

I read a few posts that had some what of the same problem.
My audio are for Ipods I have paid for,so due to yadda, yadda, yadda...they can't be converted.
