Vob to MPEG Cloneing = Scanlines & No Sound

Postby TEOL85 » 16 Mar 2011, 10:04

I used a DVD PAL VOB file with MPEG 8000Kbps Bitrate, 25.000FPS, 6 Channel AC-3 sound ect.

What it did whilst cloning it to MPEG 2 with MPEG Output and the AC-3 6 Channel traits that were in the VOB file was add scanlines into the picture and what it did with the sound was not encode.

However using the same settings in PS3 mode did output the sound but the scanlines were in that version as well.

It's most definitely a bug probably.

Hello,

the problem that is not always possible to make an universal profile for each video format.
In some case we must adapted a unique profile for an unique format....

Now send me the file info about the file to check.

Have a nice day.
